I've been involved in the Action Shooting Sports since 1991. My first introduction was shooting steel matches in Southern California and soon after, USPSA. My first real competition gun was a Single Stack 1911, I shot a 38 Super Para Ordnance in Open Division for many years, then back to Single Stack and recently I've started shooting Limited Division with an STI Edge. I am an NRA Certified Instructor, Arizona CCW Certified Instructor and teach Beginning Action Shooting. I am a photographer, public speaker and educator teaching small business development, e-commerce, information marketing, graphics and photography.

For the 16th time Rob has won the 1911 Society Single Stack Classic / USPSA Single Stack National Championship. If ever there was a year that the rest of the field had a chance, this may have been the year.

The USPSA Single Stack Nationals

are underway in Barry Illinois. Also known as the 1911 Society Single Stack Classic, the match is run on an unusual schedule with some squads shooting Thursday – Friday morning, and others shooting Friday afternoon – Saturday. This schedule makes it difficult to get a clear picture on who might be in the lead.
